About Me

Hi there! I’m NIEAMA, a proud mom of two amazing kids and the heart behind MomWithADHD. This space is a reflection of my journey navigating the highs and lows of motherhood while managing life with ADHD. If you’ve ever felt like you’re juggling a million things at once and barely keeping up, you’re in the right place. I’ve been there, and I’m here to help.

Why I Started MomWithADHD

For as long as I can remember, ADHD has been a part of my life. It’s shaped how I think, feel, and approach challenges. But becoming a mom brought a whole new layer of complexity and opportunity. I quickly realized that traditional advice for parenting, organization, and even self-care didn’t always work for my ADHD brain. I struggled to find solutions that fit my unique needs while managing the constant demands of motherhood.

That’s when I decided to create MomWithADHD: a supportive space for moms like me who are looking for practical, ADHD-friendly tools and a community that truly understands. Here, you’ll find real-life tips, resources, and encouragement to help you embrace the chaos, find joy in the little things, and create a life that works for you.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Quick & Easy Solutions: From fast recipes to time-saving hacks, I share ideas to simplify your busy days.
  • Self-Care & Mindset: Tips to help you prioritize yourself, let go of guilt, and celebrate your wins.
  • Organization & Planning: ADHD-friendly routines, tools, and strategies to keep you (and your family) on track.
  • Tools & Resources: Curated apps, printables, and guides to make your life easier.

A Little About Me

When I’m not blogging, you’ll find me chasing after my kids, experimenting with new organization systems, or enjoying a much-needed moment of quiet with a cup of coffee (if I haven’t forgotten where I left it!). ADHD may bring its challenges, but it’s also made me resourceful, creative, and deeply empathetic qualities I try to bring into everything I do.

Why This Matters

I want every mom with ADHD to know they’re not alone. It’s perfectly okay to face difficulties, feels overwhelmed sometimes, and reach out for support.. Here at MomWithADHD, we’re all about progress, not perfection. Together, we can turn our unique challenges into strengths and build a balance, laughter, and love-filled life.

Thank you for being here! I’m so excited to share this journey with you. 💕
